A Cartridge Heater is a tube-shaped, Industrial Heating Element that can be inserted into drilled holes. Cartridge Heaters facilitate localised heating and are mostly used in the heating process Industry. Cartridge Heaters are used to heat a metal block from inside. OMM Heating Elements provide with skillfully designed Custom Cartridge Heaters to a specific watt density grounded on the requirements of the application and customers.

Cartridge Heaters can operate at low, medium, and high watt densities. They are designed to withstand a working temperature of up to 1400°F.

There are two types of cartridge heaters:

  • High Density Cartridge Heaters
  • Low Density Cartridge Heaters

  • Melting
  • Hardening
  • Vulcanization
  • Heating of Fluids
  • Heating of Solids
  • Moulds
  • Welding
  • Heating of Tools
  • Medical Equipment
  • Laboratory Equipment
