Industrial and Commercial High Density Cartridge Heaters

High Density Cartridge Heater can be contemplated as ‘Component Heaters’ that can be used to heat up different applications. It is primarily used in Moulds, Dies & Sealing Bars. Cartridge Heating Element fits snug inside a cavity and helps the heat solids by attaining high temperatures. High Density Cartridge Heater has the adaptability to carry thermocouple inside to help in controlling temperatures of the heater more accurately.

Cartridge Heating Elements can be used in any cavity as various Diameters are available. OMM Heating Elements provides High Density Cartridge Heaters which can be Customised or specifically designed with any cold section for customer requirements. Construction of the High Density Cartridge Heater positions a Nickel-Chrome resistance wire along with a precision wound around a magnesium oxide core. It is inserted into a Stainless or Incoloy tube keeping the resistance wire close to the sheath.
